Does Vendora charge venues to install vending machines?
No. Vendora supplies, installs, stocks and maintains every machine at zero capital cost to the venue. There are no equipment fees, no setup fees, and no fixed-term contracts.
How does Vendora's revenue share work?
Venues earn a 20% revenue participation across both income streams: 20% of physical product gross profit (sales minus cost of goods sold, tax included) and 20% of digital advertising revenue net of VAT. Payouts are made monthly and tracked in real time.
Where does Vendora operate?
Vendora operates across Bali, Indonesia, with installations in Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran.
What products does Vendora sell in its vending machines?
Vendora curates a considered edit of premium wellness and convenience products — skincare and sun care, recovery essentials, travel tech, and personal care, all selected to complement rather than compete with the host venue's existing menu and retail offering, while enhancing the guest experience through ultra convenience.
Is each unit a mix of products, or does it hold only one category?
We can do both. We typically recommend starting the pilot with a single machine labelled "Beach Club Essentials" carrying a mix of SPF, lip balm, chargers, adapters and cables, and small essentials. Once the demand pattern is clear, we can split into category-focused units if it serves the venue better.
Can venues use the smart screen to promote their own products or events?
Yes. We see the digital screen as a shared asset. Your venue gets dedicated screen time to promote upcoming events, specials, or anything else relevant to guests in the moment. We set this up with your team during onboarding.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in?
No fixed-term contracts. If Vendora is not delivering value for the venue, the venue may end the partnership at any time.

Vendora was co-founded by Ben Barnes (CEO, formerly Acting State Director at Woolworths Group, where he led a 193-supermarket network across three states) and James Hattersley (CTO, who architected Vendora's full technology stack and previously spent over a decade as an Operations Manager in UK social care).
